  1. Hey, I think we might have a winner!!! . I hooked it up to the ear muffs and cranked it up. It started leaking inside.... went to the back my the outdrive and I noticed that I was getting a lot of out flow out of one exhaust port but very little on the other. I bet that's it. Hope my big $^& can get to it! btw, mine is carbed... I keep forgetting to change that. Thanks Wingnut!!!!! I'll let ya know.
  2. Just behind the engine, water is coming in. Not the bellows, believe it's a hose back there. Sorta hard to get back there, so I thought I'd ask on here first.... Any ideas? Seems like I've read something on here in the past about something similar, but I couldn't find it. So any help here would be great. Also, I've had an issue the last two times I've been out. Sorta weird. I'll be driving along, and then when I slow down, the motor seems to flood? I get it cranked back up and it runs fine, as long as I don't put it in gear. I put it in gear, the throttle feels like it's in a bind and the engine chokes down. I go to the back, spin the prop with my hand (feels free) and the thing cranks up and go like a champ. Just funky. Thanks in advance guys.

  6. I switched out my hydro brakes to electric a while back. You can do it yourself quite easily on a drum setup. Cost me around 200 deer. About 2 or 3 hours work. Not a hard thing to do at all.
  7. And I'll do it again. http://s965.photobucket.com/user/rbwhiz1/media/Mobile%20Uploads/VIDEO0002_zpsrcxbll53.mp4.html

    Lake app

I've heard great things about dale hollow and plan on going sometime this summer. It's about 2 1/2 hours away. But I do love my tims ford, plus I know my way around it petty well.
  10. Love the look... But what hatem said. Lol

    Lake app

You're telling me!! I went to Paris landing to meet up with some friends. I couldn't believe what my depth finder was telling me!! I was right by the big bridge there and it says reading 3 1/2 ft! I was happy just to see 20 ft. I'm used to a deep lake (tims ford). Don't like trying to get around a shallow lake. Kentucky lake is what made me put this topic up

I've actually been looking at that one. Love the pic of Kentucky lake! Could've used that last weekend. Lol.

    Lake app

So I'm curious if there's a decent app for your phone for lake nav? Just wanting something to help out as I go to lakes I've never been. Went to land between the lakes last weekend, and really could've used something (hated it) . I don't need something big like for the coast, will never go the with my little boat, just need something for lakes.

    Trim Switch

Ditto for me. But the problem for me is getting it to come back up. (don't even. Lol). I have to just keep working the switch till it comes up. So I wanna know about this too.
  15. Just because. Only playing with the idea. Doubt I'll do anything. Only thing I may do the the 4bbl conversion.
