  1. Ok. Sounds good. Thanks for your help Chance.
  2. I'm taking about the actuator in the back. The piston if u will. I think it's the 101xd. I just need to measure the other to determine which one. Thanks for the input tho.
  3. Hi there guys, any chance anyone know of the part number for the actuator on the lenco trim tabs that came stadard on the '07 276 SSX model. I busted mine late in the summer and need to replace the actuator but can't find the part number as the actuator has been painted many times. I think it's the 101 XDS or 101 XD. Any ideas?
  4. Hello fellow Chappy owners. Well, summers come to an end and now it's time to start thinking about some winter projects . One project in particular is installing a sea strainer and where to mount the strainer. I plan on installing the 2 basket Hardin marine SS strainer but not sure of location. Anyone have something installed and can send pics? Any help would be appreciated

  6. yeah, I did the swim platform few years ago.
  7. Ok, so finally had a chance to upload the photo's of my seadek Hope this helps Scott.
  8. I'll give it a try sometime this spring. Thanks for the heads up Shepherd.
  9. There is plenty of info on this site about the SeaDek. Like you, I researched and researched. A few years ago I started with new carpet in the cockpit and did the SeaDek on the swim platform in 2 ply Mocha over black teak look. Well, 2 years later the cockpit carpet has been removed and just installed the SeaDek in place. Don't get me wrong, I loved everything about my carpet, look, feel, and ease of use but it became a real pain in the as s pulling out the carpet to hang dry after each day out on the water or removing the carpet to give the boat a wash down. I thought I could deal with it but after 2 years, I was fed up. I know my swim platform SeaDek never got hot even during those 90+ degree days here in the North East. The only difference is our 90degree days only last for few weeks and down in FL that could last much longer so not sure how it would hold up in the sun for those long periods of time. Anyway, I just finished the install and will post pics shortly. Whatever you do, take your time installing and measure 3 times cut once! Enjoy the upcoming summer

  11. The old remotes are 6 pin connection for the 475a and the 505 clarion is an 8 pin so you need to swap out remotes. There are still some MW3's on eBay if thats the size u need. Haven't seen them anywhere else
  12. Shepard, Tried to send u a PM but for some reason, I couldn't so here is what I was gonna say Hi Shepard, Thanks for reaching out. The serial number is OW660143. DOM Aug 2006. Family 6M9XMO8.1H/O. When I bought if few years ago it came with 24pitch 3x3. Hit rev limiter few times. Top out at 44-46GPS. Boat is in salt water and bottom painted. 1 coat. Cupped props last year and not hiring rev limiter but same speed roughly. I figured I would be able to at least top 50 on GPS speedo barely hits 50. I have a set of xr 3x4 27 pitch used 1 time. I know they are prob too big. I'm thinking I need 25XR 3x4. There's a prop place in up state NY I might stop by and see if he wants to do a swap. We'll see. U think I should even bother putting these 27p XR's on? Thanks for your help Shepard
  13. Absolutely! What's shelf life on that stuff
  14. Ok. I'll give it a look but I know the sticker is definitely not there. I'll check on the side.
  15. Thanks for the feedback. I'll have to pull the drive and look at the yolk or count the gears on top of the drive. Not sure if this is the original drive or not. It had 24's on it when I bought it so prob 1.81 but I'll double check.
