Can anyone point me in the direction of who to contact at Chapparal to discuss an issue I would like them to fix on warranty? I am getting the run around from my dealer telling me that they need Chapparal to approve the work before they can confirm that it will be covered under the Chapparal warranty. Also, does anyone know where I can find information about this 12 month limited warranty on defects that exists on Chapparal boats. Thank you. One frustrated boater.
We took the shrink wrap off of our 2008-290 Signature Cruiser this weekend and found some fiber glass damage at the base of the radar arch. In speaking with a few people at the Marina, specualtion is that water built up in the arch, froze over the winter and expanded to cause damage to the fiber glass. Has anyone experienced something like this? Did your dealer fix the problem on warranty? Any advice on how to proceed with this?
