There is a 2x4 that the wood divider mounts to, A 10 in is as big as you can go and still have plenty of wood around it!!

The divider that your amp is installed on is a piece of wood covered in carpet that is mounted with a couple of wood screws, that is the best place to install and not have to worry about cutting holes in any fiberglass but you will have to have free air speakers. if you would like to give me a call i could send you number and explain it better

yes it will completely separate the 2 compartments once its reinstalled. I also mounted two 10's in the fiberglass under the console and worked well but with the weight of the sub and the wall being so thin i had to reinforce the sub from behind

yes the sub faces the console, you would have to relocate the pump and the amp.

I do not have any pics right now and it is raining here, if you open the doors under the dash on both sides the divider wall that blocks the front seats comes out. It only has two screws, I was able to cut the holes and mount the speakers to it and the just install the whole piece back in and screw it back together. You will need to go with free air speakers if you go this route due to the amount of air space under the front seats.

I mounted two Memphis 10” marine subs in my 220. I put one in compartment under the pilot and copilot dash. They are mounted in the back walls using the the tow front seat compartments as box’s. The bass hits really hard no matter how much you turn the volume up or down and I did not lose any storage!!

Audio System Upgrade to the 220

I did not have a back remote on my boat so it was a lot easier. If I had to fill the hole I would cut a piece of wood and gel coat and paint to paint to match. I can still make the dash filler that I used. I saved the print in the CNC machine.

Chaparral Rider, I upgraded my deck to Kenwood as well along with the round remotes. I made a plate out of some Micarta that matches the wood grain really good

    Prop size and RPM

My boat was doing the same thing, I was missing around 700 rpms I did a complete tune up and no change. I had to replace the fuel pump and the regulator in the cool fuel box and now it runs great. The engine ran great at a idle but would just bog down when I tried to go to WOT so I kept thinking it was everything but the fuel system.

    Sunesta 236 - Radio

There should be a fuse on the back of the radio right where the wires plug in.

Trim only works in trailer mode

No transome switch, I just seems like mine is a two stage switch and to have to push it all the way down to get it to move
