  1. I own a 2014 Sunestra 260. Both batteries are dead. I want to jump start them, but the engine hatch switch won't operate, obviously because of the dead batteries. However, the hatch itself is extremely heavy. What is the best way to keep the hatch open while I jump start the batteries?

Assuming that they are supposed to hold them up on their own, what part numbers are the "factory-specified" parts? My ski compartment has a spring lift SL33-40-1. My engine compartment has two SL34-120-1, one SL34-60-1, and one SL34-80-1. Are tho
