  1. I just putting it out there if anyone is looking to sell their 290 signature. I have a 25 foot now but really want to upgrade. Looking for 2004-2007 to use in Lake Powell. Already been down once this year but would love to get back on the water in a new boat. Let me know. Colleen colleena@thecrestwood.com
  2. Hi There, My name is Ben, I am new to this forum. I myself do not own a Chaparral, but my parents do, & I have enjoyed many experiences. To put it shortly, my dad lost his job a few months back and is forced to downsize (Yes, this means his boat) He has been trying to sell his cruiser with little success thus far. For Father's Day, I would love nothing more than to give him the piece of mind knowing that he doesn't have to worry about selling it. To my knowledge, the boat is in premium condition, but I'd imagine the hours are a little high (They used it quite often). They are located in Washington State, but would be willing to drive just about any distance for a fair deal. As opposed to describe the boat myself, I'll let their Craigslist Ad do the talking. Basically, I'm just looking for any suggestions as to methods of finding buyers for yachts/cruiser, marketplaces, selling techniques/tips, etc Or maybe you or someone you know is looking for a great boat like this. 2005 Chaparral Signature 240, 5.7liter fuel injected Volvo Duo Prop inboard/outboard. 70 gallon fuel tank, very easy on gas, burns about 6 gallons an hour cruising and will get up 45 miles an hour. Depth finder, compass,am/fm/cd player with 2 remote controls. Sleeps 4 in the cabin, captain seat folds down for additional sleep. Full head and extra transom shower. Galley has 2-way stove, microwave, with hot/cold sink.Cold water sink and ice chest on main deck. EZ loader double axle trailer included. Lifejackets, paddle, all safety gear included. $40,000 Thanks!
