Yacht certified

My sunesta 363 (28.6ft) is yacht certified. To my understanding that means you can carry as many passengers that are safe in the vessel. No capacity limit.

No capacity limit for passengers but you MUST have a PFD for every passenger on board to be legal! And don't forget the throwable cushion/ring.

Applies to recreational boats over 26' LOA. Higher standard (and cost) of manufacturing. Chap makes a lot of models that are Yacht Certified compared to other manufactures of similar sized boats. Essentially means the captain decides how many persons go be on the boat while in use. Common sense (which is not so common) should be employed by the cap-e-tan.
