Duane2135 Posted December 23, 2012 If my boat attempts that, I don't want to be on board!
catalanc Posted February 17, 2013 I probably shouldn't complain about 2-3 foot wind waves ...
246inColorado Posted February 26, 2013 Can you say?....massive bilge pump. Might I add that the boat has enough racks to pull at least 4 skiers..

79Chaparral Posted October 27, 2014 That vessel had all it's watertight doors locked down. No need for a bunch of bilge pumping... Maintenance and upkeep on a boat like this is numero-uno in getting through conditions like this.
tetonguy Posted May 6, 2015 Excellent piloting skills on display here. The darker blue captain powered up when riding down a wave face and then throttled down to try to stay atop a wave and ride it. A few times he went sideways then actually reversed to back up a wave and right the ships nose. Both those captains know their waters and their boats. wow. The grey boat seemed to just plod thru slow and steady. Great skills.
cyclops2 Posted May 6, 2015 Are they converted Chaps ??Actually we / I did bury the bow of the 186 into the base of a freighter bow wave that had blocked out the sunlight. Straight down. Looking into dark green water. Water to top of windshield. Bow cover held out all the water.Chaps are DAMM good boats.
