Brewski
I just moved to Cleveland, Ohio and I own a1970 Martinique CorrectCraft ski boat with a Chysler 318 inboard. My question is can I take this out on Lake Erie? Let me know.

john daily
the great lakes are no place for a flat bottom ski boat except on very calm days. I took my "81 Ski Supreme out on Lake St Clair only once back in the 80's. It wasn't that windy, but it was just to rough in the pm. We took water over the windshield & the cruiser's wakes were to much for my 20' boat. Inland lakes only for me after that. I sold the boat in 2003 & bought a 22' SeaRay for the big water, but still prefer wind under 15 knots.
