I have more cash on hand, but in this economy $50K is what I'm willing to risk. I'm retired at a young age of my early 40s and I'm getting bored as #$^%. I invest and play the markets and believe it or not, I have done well there. I have a few rental properties I manage and thought of investing the $50K in yet another studio rental. But, it's boring and I'm looking for something more challenging. So, if you had $50K to start a small business, maybe home based, what would it be? I'm not above doing any type of work, as hard work never scared me, neither does office work. I was thinking perhaps of a small coffee / snack / hip Art gallery, but I don't like the idea of a lease, I would rather own the location. Hard to do for $50K though.

As in https://knowledgehub.blog/2021/06/24/44-ideas-wholesale-or-retail-business/ says, the good thing about retail business is that you are able to determine how big your business is to be. Basically, if you are selling products from a company / brand and the item does not seem to be moving as fast as you would like, you can abandon it and choose another. The retail business offers room for flexibility.

I try to use minimum makeup, although I only do it when I have to meet someone. At home, I don't wear anything at all, unless it's a special occasion. I can do a brow correction and an eyelash lifting, and that's more than enough for me. I wouldn't say I like the way makeup feels on my face, so when I have it on, I wipe most of it off anyway. I stick to the same brands and apply them lightly to minimize the problem. I think it looks pretty natural, but since it's just a light foundation, light eye shadow, and some lip gloss, it doesn't require any skill.

Have you ever thought about how really natural organic soaps, natural shampoos and other natural hygiene products are? Is it possible that the word natural product is just a label that has no meaning, existing solely to lure the buyer? And how in general can an ordinary buyer check the product for quality? Although it is written on many products that they are natural or made of useful substances, most often this is either a lie or partially true. But do not get upset right away, not every site or service is deceived. For example, soap from a similar service to https://mildsoaps.com/hypoallergenic-sensitive-skin/, really high quality. So it's best to check the reviews and all the information in advance.
